Read the full rules of play
- 1The play space is for children aged 5 and under. Older siblings are welcome to visit but can't use the equipment.
- 2A responsible adult aged 18+ must supervise their children at all times. Staff look after the space, not individual children.
- 3Play gently: no running, pushing, rough play, throwing toys or deliberate crashes.
- 4Use toys and equipment as intended and keep them in their play zones. No climbing on furniture or non-play areas.
- 5Food, drinks, sweets and gum stay out of the play area. Baby milk, baby food and medical or dietary items are fine in the cafe and seating areas.
- 6Please tell staff about allergies. We can't guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- 7Wash or sanitise hands before entering. Nappies are changed in the baby-change area only. Report accidents, sickness or spills straight away.
- 8Deliberate damage may be charged to the responsible adult.
- 9Please stay home if you or your child are unwell, contagious, or have recently had sickness or diarrhoea. Check the booking terms to move your booking.
- 10Remove jewellery, badges, keys, coins and sharp or loose items. Avoid clothing with loose cords.
- 11Only photograph your own children. Don't take or share photos of other children without their parent's permission.
- 12Report any incident, however small, to staff. In an evacuation, follow staff instructions to the nearest safe exit.
- 13Keep belongings with you or in storage. Prams and buggies go in the buggy park, clear of exits and walkways.
- 14Please arrive on time – sessions can't usually be extended – and leave promptly at the end of your session.
- 15Aggressive, discriminatory or abusive behaviour isn't tolerated, and you may be asked to leave without a refund.
- 16Entering the play space means agreeing to these rules and any staff safety instructions.
